卻不是很清楚包裹處于什么狀態(tài)

顯示的物流信息是什么意思？







操作信息表示運(yùn)輸商已經(jīng)收到包裹信息，還沒(méi)有收到包裹或者是運(yùn)輸商已收到包裹，但包裹還未被發(fā)出。




常見包裹預(yù)上網(wǎng)信息


Accepted/Mailed：已收件

Pre-advised：包裹信息預(yù)上網(wǎng)

Pre-advice Received

Pre-registered/Pre-registrado：包裹信息已登記

Info-received

Electronic notification of shipment：裝運(yùn)電子通知，包裹開始打包運(yùn)送

Electronic Notification Received

Item is announced

data centre, Order information has been transmitted to：包裹信息已發(fā)送至運(yùn)輸商

The item information was created by the seller

Parcel Data Received

Post received the information

The item information was created by the seller

Shipping information received

如果包裹狀態(tài)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未更新，可以聯(lián)系轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司確認(rèn)包裹是否實(shí)際發(fā)出。







運(yùn)輸商收到包裹后將包裹處理分揀發(fā)出；




以下列舉一些常見的包裹離開信息，表示包裹已從發(fā)件地區(qū)/國(guó)家發(fā)出，但還未到達(dá)目的地。





離開原發(fā)件國(guó)信息

Send item abroad (EDI-received)：表明包裹已經(jīng)發(fā)出，其物流信息已經(jīng)同步到目的地的郵政系統(tǒng)，因此目的地的查詢系統(tǒng)也能查到該包裹的跟蹤信息

Send item abroad (export)：已出口

Departure to country of destination：發(fā)往目的地

On transport to the country of destination

Departure from outward office of exchange

Departure scan：離開

being processed for departure

Arrival at export hub

En route to the destination country

Otb：已離開發(fā)件地區(qū)/國(guó)家

Dispatched to overseas：發(fā)往海外

International departure

包裹的運(yùn)輸時(shí)長(zhǎng)通常取決于運(yùn)輸商的分布網(wǎng)絡(luò)，海關(guān)檢查，航班安排等等；




若物流信息狀態(tài)更新較慢，建議耐心等待，必要時(shí)直接聯(lián)系轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司。







海關(guān)檢查是國(guó)際運(yùn)輸中至關(guān)重要的一個(gè)步驟。




通常情況下，包裹到達(dá)目的地地區(qū)/國(guó)家后，需要經(jīng)過(guò)海關(guān)審查這一過(guò)程。以下列舉一些常見的海關(guān)信息：

Inbound Into customs：送至海關(guān)

Clearance event：海關(guān)清關(guān)

The item is pending customs inspection at the destination

Importation of the goods is restricted：限制進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品

Prohibited articles：違禁品

Retained by customs for unspecified reason

Awaiting payment customs taxes：等待支付關(guān)稅

如果包裹狀態(tài)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未更新，可以聯(lián)系轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)公司或者當(dāng)?shù)睾ｊP(guān)協(xié)助清關(guān)。







包裹到達(dá)目的地地區(qū)/國(guó)家后，將被轉(zhuǎn)送至最終的派送局。此時(shí)只需耐心等待郵遞員派送包裹。

如果包裹派送延遲或者沒(méi)有收到包裹，請(qǐng)直接聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)輸商咨詢相關(guān)信息。





包裹投遞失敗一般因?yàn)檫@些原因：派送時(shí)間無(wú)法聯(lián)系收件人；派送延遲，重新安排派送時(shí)間；收件人要求延遲派送；地址錯(cuò)誤，等等。




未妥投狀態(tài)

Redirected：重新派送

Undelivered as addressed：因?yàn)榈刂穯?wèn)題無(wú)法派送

The recipient was not present：收件人不在

Did not properly cast：未妥投

Attempted/Failed Delivery：投遞失敗

Delivery failure

Delivery incomplete

Item being held

Item not delivered

Available to collect：可以提貨

Unsuccessful delivery attempt

Consignee address not correct：地址錯(cuò)誤

An attempt to deliver your item：嘗試投遞

Unable to deliver as there was no access to the delivery address

The address given on the item is incorrect

Impossible to locate the addressee's place of stay

The addressee does not reside at the given address

Incorrect/illegible/incomplete address：地址不正確/不合法/不完整

Unsuccessful delivery attempt. Notice left：大部分情況下，如果收件人不在，郵遞員會(huì)留下便條通知，需聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)剜]局協(xié)商重新派送時(shí)間

Delivery failure, Addressee has p.o.box, Addressee advised to pick up the item：通知收件人自提包裹

Unsuccessful delivery attempt, Impossible to contact customer for information

Refusal of payment customs charges ：拒付關(guān)稅，無(wú)法投遞




這種情況下，建議直接聯(lián)系當(dāng)?shù)剡\(yùn)輸商協(xié)商重新派送時(shí)間；協(xié)商提貨地點(diǎn)；或者修改地址。







大多數(shù)情況下，包裹出現(xiàn)這些情況時(shí)會(huì)被退件：包裹長(zhǎng)時(shí)間未被認(rèn)領(lǐng)；地址信息錯(cuò)誤或不完整；海關(guān)問(wèn)題；包裹丟失/損傷等等。




異常狀態(tài)


Item not allowed (x-ray) and rejected：這表示包裹包含違禁品，沒(méi)有通過(guò)X光的掃描，被退回


Exchange Bureau, has imported opening：互換局，已出口開拆

Item refused by addressee - Item returned to sender：收件人拒收包裹，包裹退回

Missed delivery - returned to sender

Return to sender

Addressee being notified

Being returned

Import each other (internal transit)：已進(jìn)口互封

Exception：異常

The item is being returned to the sender：包裹正被退回

Item unclaimed：包裹未被認(rèn)領(lǐng)

Return to sender, Addressee cannot be located

Prohibited articles：違禁品
